Transitions

Moscow and St. Petersburg. There is one city on the one side of underpass, and another city — on the other. Nobody knows what are thouse infernal depths though which this underpass goes. But apparently the essence of these two cities is enclosed these depths. The photos of this project were shot on the same film clips — one layer was shot in Moscow, the next layer — in St. Petersburg. Analog techniques of shooting and film processing were used in the work on these photographs.
